Insurance Questions

Accepted insurance plans: United Behavioral Health, Oxford, MVP, CDPHP, Empire, Cigna, Aetna, MHN-Tricare, Value Options, Humana/Lifesync, Health Integrated and Medicare.

If you have an out of network or non participating provider benefit, you will receive a bill for you to submit to your insurance company for either partial or full reimbursement, depending on the specifics of your plan. You should contact your insurance company directly to determine if this benefit is provided by your plan.

You can ask your insurance company how the Mental Health Parity Law (2010) impacts your mental health treatment benefits.

Offices

Psychotherapy offices are located in Manhattan, Rhinebeck and Catskill.

Linda's Rhinebeck Psychotherapy office is located near the Rhinecliff/Kingston bridge, about a 20 minute walk into the Village of Rhinebeck.

Office hours are flexible with some appointments available on weekends.

The office is wheelchair accessible.

If you can't come to the office, alternative "meeting" options include Skype or Gmail video sessions.
